An app to provide a new channel of sales as well as adjust traffic on existing channels where the only method to purchase from the franchise was to drive to one of it’s locations or contact them through the phone to have your pizza delivered.

The aim was not only to create that sales channel but also to form a personalized ecosystem with the audience and provide them with a more personal relationship to the brand through unique journeys.

What Was Created

An application to automate processes within Pizza Hut.

I had a meal in Pizza Hut and

the waitress told me I didn’t need to pay.

So I decided to be a bit cheeky and ask for more pizza and garlic bread.

The app would lessen inquiry calls and provide more time for delivery calls and can also be utilized as a direct channel to communicate with consumers about the latest promotions.

 

The app would generate more traffic on Pizza Hut’s official website’s delivery page with less clicks and would expand their target market by attracting consumers who do not wish to order through a phone call.
